What is the exchange policy?

  • No refund, exchange within 7 days.

  • Receipt and Proof of purchase are required for completing an exchange.

  • Exchange or store credit will be issued with the following condition:

    • Products must be unworn and unused.

    • Products must be received in original condition.

  • Customers can exchange for the same products in different sizes or other products with same value.

  • Store credit will never expired if original credit receipt is provided. 

* Exchange will be extended during holidays.
